Job Description Job Description Senior Financial Analyst Direct Hire Opportunity Salary $110,000 to $120,000 Hybrid schedule We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis. This role is part of a growing FP&A team and will help guide junior analysts while working closely with leadership across the business. Key Responsibilities for the Senior Financial Analyst: - Build and support annual operating and capital budgets with department leaders - Prepare monthly variance analyses with clear explanations - Maintain and enhance the 5-year financial forecast model - Review key performance metrics such as ROE and ROR for actuals and projections - Assist with quarterly board reporting and financial presentations - Provide analysis for new business opportunities and potential acquisitions - Develop scenario and sensitivity models to support decision-making - Compare EPS expectations to internal forecasts and support gap analysis - Track company and peer stock performance trends - Provide data for quarterly audit requests and regulatory filings Qualifications for the Senior Financial Analyst: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field - At least 4 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience - Advanced Excel skills, including vlookup, pivot tables, formulas, sumif, and indexing - Strong financial modeling skills - Clear communicator who can present complex information - Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams PandoLogic.
