Job Description Summary Under direction, manages the administration of work order requests from housing residents; liaison with Facilities Management Services to resolve maintenance work orders requested by residents; responsible for coordinating scheduled cleaning with Housekeeping, responsible for housing key management and process development; and analyze data related to key areas of responsibility to strategize and improve processes. Minimum Qualifications Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Strong analytical and logical thinking skills. Ability to work with a diverse population; ability to keep high level of confidentiality. Ability to make decisions independently. Preferred Qualifications Able to use PC Computer, MS Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, HR Application, Microsoft Outlook, Banner GUI Internet, StarRez Housing database, PeopleAdmin, WordPress, Fax, and copy Machines.
