Responsibilities: Prepare and turn units for move-ins (make ready) Complete typical apartment work orders General preventative maintenance and unit inspections Exterior property maintenance, sidewalk grinding and landscaping vendor supervision Minor carpentry, plumbing, electrical repairs and troubleshooting Replacement and repair of household appliances and items (i.e. refrigerator, stoves, sinks, drains, toilets) Opportunity to do basic welding, minor HVAC repair and special projects Light cleaning and pickup of grounds in accordance with safety and sanitizing protocols High School diploma/GED. Minimum two (2) years' experience in facilities maintenance, hotel or apartment community experience (preferred but not required). General maintenance, plumbing and electrical skills. Exceptional customer service skills and communication skills. Warm, outgoing personality. We also provide amazing training and mentorship.
