set of funded activities. Job Description: Position Salary Range:
$95,000 Essential Duties: Gen.G is seeking a Senior Manager of U.S.
Education Initiatives to lead the design, development, and
execution of curriculum-driven learning programs in the US. This
role is ideal for an education leader who has built and scaled
student learning programs—particularly in supplemental or
enrichment settings (e.g., learning centers, tutoring franchises,
after-school programs). Curriculum & Learning Design Lead the
development of structured, standards-aligned curricula that
integrate esports, gaming, and digital culture with academic and
career-focused learning Design learning pathways that support
measurable student outcomes (e.g., STEM, problem-solving, teamwork,
digital literacy) Ensure curricula are pedagogically sound,
age-appropriate, and scalable across different school and community
contexts Continuously iterate on curriculum based on data, educator
feedback, and student performance Program Leadership &
Implementation Develop U.S.-based education programs, including
after-school, summer, and enrichment initiatives Support
facilitators, instructors, and paraeducators with training,
materials, and instructional guidance Develop playbooks, lesson
plans, and educator-facing resources to ensure consistency and
quality Student Experience & Outcomes Champion student-centered
learning, ensuring programs are engaging, inclusive, and impactful
Define and track key learning metrics, assessments, and success
indicators Apply insights from tutoring, enrichment, or
learning-center models to improve retention and mastery
Partnerships & Collaboration Collaborate cross-functionally with
Gen.G teams in content, partnerships, and community Work with
schools, districts, nonprofits, and corporate partners to align
programs with educational needs Desired Qualifications: 7 years of
experience in education, learning programs, or enrichment
environments, including 2 years in a leadership role overseeing
curriculum, program delivery, or student outcomes Direct experience
running or managing a supplemental education model (e.g.,
Mathnasium, Kumon, tutoring centers, after-school programs, or
similar) Strong understanding of curriculum design, instructional
frameworks, and student assessment Proven ability to scale programs
across multiple sites or regions Comfort translating academic rigor
into engaging, real-world learning experiences Experience working
with middle school, high school, or early college learners Passion
for esports, gaming, or youth culture Working Environment:
Activities are performed in an environmentally controlled office
setting subject to extended periods of sitting, keyboarding and
manipulating a computer mouse. Frequently required to stand for
varying lengths or time and walk moderate distances to perform
work. Regular activities require ability to quickly change
priorities which may include and/or are subject to resolution of
conflicts. Ability to clearly communicate to perform essential
functions. Use office equipment such as a calculator, telephone,
computer (monitor, keyboard and mouse), printer, fax and copier.
