Job Description:
We are looking for a manufacturing guru that has unique problem
solving skills and can adapt to our fast-paced business of
transforming the e-mobility space.Description:* Collaborate with
AMP Engineering and Contract Manufacturers to implement best
practices for manufacturability of AMP core products* Ensure that
the company's manufacturing processes are in compliance with all
government laws and customer requirements* Review and calculate
labor, material and other production costs along with reviewing
schedules and future production requirements to assist management
in decision making* Analyze and plan workflow, equipment placement
and space requirements to improve manufacturing efficiency*
Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair services and make sure
that manufacturer's procedures and instructions are followed in
order to keep production equipment operationalRequirements:* Direct
production/manufacturing experience * Track record of developing
optimized engineering processes * Engineering degreeDesired:* Power
electronics experience* Electrical Engineering degree* 5+ years
experience in developing Contract ManufacturersPowered by
