Reporting to the Director of Clinic Operations, the Clinic Manager Nurse will oversee the Primary Care Clinic and manage a strong team of Clinic staff including Nurses, Techs, and front-end staff. The Clinic Manager Nurse will be well supported by Clinic Supervisors at and will be responsible for hiring, firing, onboarding, training, and evaluating staff. In addition, the clinic manager nurse will assist with quality standards, establish and maintain policies and procedures, and collaborate with clinic leadership to coordinate clinic program development.
The Clinic Manager Nurse should have excellent communication skills, have experience working with Providers, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
