Job Description:
A company is looking for a Solar Programs Project Manager -
Consumer Protection.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of program requirements and
procedures
Address consumer complaints and facilitate resolutions with solar
companies
Document and categorize complaints, and ensure compliance with
program guidelines
Required Qualifications
A bachelor's degree
A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in consumer
protection, compliance, or customer service with a degree, or 5
years without a degree
Extensive experience using Microsoft Office (Office365, SharePoint,
OneNote)
A one-page cover letter explaining interest in the role is
required
