Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance
customer acquisition, retention, and brand recognition
Own and optimize the marketing budget across various channels to
maximize ROI and improve conversion rates
Build and scale a high-performing growth and marketing team while
fostering a culture of creativity and continuous learning
Required Qualifications
10+ years of strategic marketing experience, including 5+ years in
marketing leadership roles
Proven track record in growth and performance marketing with
expertise in managing multi-channel campaigns
Experience in brand storytelling and creative development across
multiple channels
Hands-on leadership experience with a focus on building and
mentoring high-performing teams
Strong analytical skills to synthesize data and drive continuous
improvement
