Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Development Operations
Manager to enhance sales operations and support growth
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee inbound lead management and maintain accurate data in the
CRM system
Manage trade show operations, including logistics and budget
tracking
Collaborate with Business Development leads to respond to proposals
and conduct ongoing prospect research
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in operational and/or project management
roles
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Organized with strong process management capabilities
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience in the arts and culture industry is preferred
