Job Description:
A company is looking for a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) to
provide outpatient services through their telehealth program.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outpatient mental health and substance use disorder
treatment via telehealth
Conduct therapy and assessments for clients
Collaborate with clients to develop and implement treatment
plans
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Counseling with at least 6 months of relevant
experience
Valid LPC license in the state of Illinois
Eligibility to work in the United States
Comfortable with technology and telehealth software
Fluency in English; Spanish preferred
