Registered Nurse (RN) – Postpartum / Mother-Baby (PP/MB) | Downey Medical Center Pay: $70.00 – $75.00 per hour Schedule: 7:15 PM – 7:45 AM (2 shifts per week minimum) Location: Downey, CA Join our dedicated Mother-Baby/Postpartum team and make a meaningful difference for new moms and their newborns. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced RN who loves working nights and thrives in a supportive, fast-paced environment. High pay rates – $70–$75/hr Flexible commitment – 2 shifts per week Fast onboarding – Orientation every Monday unit shift same week Collaborative environment with OBs, pediatricians, lactation consultants & more Key Responsibilities: Monitor and support new mothers’ physical & emotional recovery Provide newborn assessments, vitals, and feeding support Educate families on breastfeeding, newborn care, and postpartum recovery Administer medications & manage IV therapy Document patient care in EPIC EMR Respond quickly to maternal or neonatal emergencies
