Pulmonary and Critical Care Physician Opening in Victorville, CALocation:Victorville, CA LA 80mFull-time opportunity Position Overview: Full-time Pulmonary and Critical Care position 50% outpatient pulmonary and 50% inpatient critical care Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PM schedule with 1 2 weekends of call per month Open ICU with 18 beds Average daily patient volume: inpatient / outpatient Academic opportunities with Internal Medicine Residency and medical student teaching (U.S. and international)Compensation & Benefits: Starting base salary: $350,000 (negotiable) Productivity bonus based on collections Sign-on bonus and relocation reimbursement Health insurance: self-funded EPO (HMO) at no cost to provider 401(k) retirement plan CME allowance Malpractice insurance coverage Estimated pay range/amount is $259,284 to $481,247.
