License Required; No Temporary Licenses Accepted Certifications:
BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate Required; AWHONN Advanced
Preferred Must-Have: Must be able to circulate No First Time
Travelers No Travel Pairs Description: This position requires a
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse. Represents a high-risk unit
for various pregnancy diagnoses. Experience in a large hospital
setting is highly preferred. Weekends may exceed every other
weekend to accommodate unit needs. Scheduling requests due to
outside employment will not be considered. All skills and
certifications must be current and valid. Travelers are expected to
float between facilities within a given state. Refusal to float may
result in termination of assignment. Must commit to working three
of the five holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day,
New Year's Eve, New Year's Day). Background checks and supervisory
references are required during the compliance process. The facility
has a call-off policy that allows for one call-off per pay period.
Daily census includes care for neonates and adults during labor and
