quality case management, psychotherapeutic services, and discharge
planning to all patient and their families, serves as a member of
interdisciplinary team supporting the organization's treatment
program and philosophy and assure the deliverance of quality

Services for over 83 years. We are located on 10 acres of
beautifully landscaped grounds in Covina, California. Covina is
about 22 miles east of downtown Los Angeles, in the San Gabriel

Education & Experience: · Bachelors Degree in Social Work,
Psychology or Social Services · Master’s Degree preferred · 3 years
behavioral health experience preferred · Associate license such as
ASW (Associate Clinical Social Worker), AMFT (Associate Marriage &
Family Therapist), APCC (Associate Professional Clinical Counselor)
preferred · Current BLS healthcare provider card required upon hire
