role experience is required with some in the last 12 months. •
Experience with Epic is preferred from any number of months.
Requirements: • Candidates must have a license (required for
submission). • This role may require floating to additional units
and locations • Local & travel allowed. Candidates living • Flu
vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical
declinations accepted. • 6 months gap required between for Staff at
Program: Aya Program - Providence Health & Services and no current
placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Providence Health &
Services. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role.

any hits/suspensions on license or any background hits from any
point in the past. Unit and facility details: Don’t need
EP/structural heart experience, ideally will have stroke/IR
experience. All positions at Providence Health & Services require
that any and all lab items requested during onboarding be completed
within 72 hours of signing a contract - no exceptions. This means
candidates must be responsive and willing to go to a lab to
complete health orders ASAP after signing. Failure to comply may
lead to a pushed start or cancellation as assessed by the facility.
Special Requests: RTO must be listed at time of submission. Shift &
Scheduling: Variable Start; Monday - Friday with call requirements.
Saturday/Sunday call requirements. 3 weekends every 6 week
schedule. Floating Requirements: Between specialties in the lab.
ALL travelers are expected to float between all facilities within a
given state. Other Requirements: References must cover at least 1
full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3
years. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of
signing. 5 days maximum time off 2 references from last 2 years
(Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission Proof
of identification required Certifications: • BLS (Basic Life
Support) • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) • CI
