Job Description:
Kaiser Permanente Georgia seeks a skilled Certified Registered
Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our dedicated healthcare team. In
this pivotal role, you will administer anesthesia and
anesthesia-related care in collaboration with surgeons,
anesthesiologists, and other medical professionals. This position
requires a detail-oriented, knowledgeable, and compassionate
individual who can ensure the safety and comfort of patients
before, during, and after surgery. Conduct pre-anesthetic
preparation and evaluation of patients. Develop and implement
anesthesia care plans. Administer general and regional anesthetics.
Monitor patient responses to anesthesia and surgery. Adjust
anesthetic plans as necessary. Provide post-anesthesia care and
pain relief. Maintain accurate and complete anesthesia records.
Advanced knowledge of pharmacology and physiology. Skill in
administering general and regional anesthetics. Ability to handle
stressful situations and make quick decisions. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using
anesthesia-related medical equipment. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current National
Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists
(NBCRNA) certification. Active Registered Nurse and Advanced
Practice Registered Nurse licenses in the state of Georgia.
