Licensed Master Social Worker Location: Mission Viejo, CA Agency: Acruex Health Pay: $2,120 to $2,280 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Pay Rate: $53.00 - $57.00/Hourly. Summary: The MSW professional provides psychosocial support, counseling, and resource coordination to individuals, families, and communities. The role involves assessing client needs, developing intervention plans, and connecting them with appropriate services to improve their overall well-being. Locals accepted at lower rate Responsibilities: Conduct psychosocial assessments of patients/clients. Provide individual, group, and family counseling. Assist patients and families in coping with illness, trauma, or social challenges. Coordinate discharge planning and follow-up care (in hospital settings). Connect clients with community resources, government schemes, and support services. Advocate for patient/client rights and welfare. Requirements Requirements: 2 - Year experience Required, MSW (Masters of Social Work), BLS Certification, LCSW Preferred, LMSW, Locals accepted at lower rate.
