Job Description:
Ascent Data Services, a leader in IT consulting, is seeking a
proactive and dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to help sculpt the
backbone of our workforce. The role implies curating top-tier
talent to drive our mission of providing innovative solutions and
propelling business growth. This opportunity lets you tap into a
broad network of professionals and lead full-cycle recruitment
processes that are pivotal in shaping our companys future. You will
play a critical role in forecasting hiring needs, developing
sourcing strategies and executing recruitment plans aligned with
our strategic objectives. Develop and execute recruitment plans and
strategies to meet the workforce needs of Ascent Data Services.
Actively source candidates through online channels, professional
groups, and networking events. Screen, interview, and facilitate
the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions;
collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and
competencies required for openings. Implement new sourcing methods
to find job candidates who reflect company values and meet
professional standards. Provide insightful analysis of job market
movements and trends to adjust strategies as needed. Liaise with
educational and professional institutions to create a steady
pipeline of applicants. Improve organization attractiveness by
recommending new policies and practices; monitor job offers and
compensation practices among competitors. Strong understanding of
recruitment processes and candidate selection methods Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Proficient with Human
Resource Management Systems (HRMS) and Applicant Tracking Systems
(ATS) Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for
recruitment for a variety of roles Proactive and independent in
handling tasks Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
401k Preferably certified in HR (such as PHR or SPHR) Certification
in Recruitment would be a plus
