Key Responsibilities
Participate in delivering complex customer solutions on the
ServiceNow platform
Advise clients on best practices to enhance value and user
experiences
Collaborate with virtual team members to achieve project goals and
produce high-quality deliverables
Required Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
5+ years of ITSM experience
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification
Preferred certifications in additional practice areas such as ITBM,
SPM, WSD, HSRD, CSM, ITAM, ITOM, or Service Portal
