Job Description:
A company is looking for a Paralegal.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and format legal documents and correspondence, and file
pleadings electronically
Schedule appointments, meetings, and depositions for attorneys,
while maintaining case files and indexes
Provide support in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment and
manage client updates and billing entries
Required Qualifications
Minimum High School diploma or equivalent; secondary education or
some college preferred
3-5 years of Litigation Paralegal experience or general knowledge
of litigation/foreclosure proceedings
Certification as a Paralegal is a plus
Knowledge of Real Estate and/or Creditors' Rights is a plus
