As a Permanent Business Litigator, you will be at the forefront of our legal proceedings, representing our clients in complex business disputes and providing strategic advice to minimize legal risks. Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, discovery materials, and other litigation-related documents. Conduct research and analysis of legal problems to interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses. Advise clients concerning business transactions, claim liabilities, advisability of prosecuting or defending lawsuits, or legal rights and obligations. Negotiate settlements of civil disputes in the best interest of the client, demonstrating exceptional negotiation skills. Develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases. Gather evidence to formulate defense or to initiate legal actions, by such means as interviewing clients and witnesses to ascertain the facts of a case. Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases. Monitor regulatory changes within the industry to advise clients accordingly and reduce legal liability. Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to ensure the best representation for clients. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business litigation, with a proven track record of successful litigation. Licensed to practice law in the state, or ability to become licensed to practice law in the state. Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to resolve disputes favorably for clients. Deep understanding of legal liability and ability to advise clients to minimize risks. Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to represent clients effectively in court. Proficient in legal research and writing. High ethical standards and professional integrity.
