Job Description Job Description Associate Employment Attorney Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team remotely. The ideal candidate will assist in various legal matters with a focus on employment and labor law, providing support in negotiations and research to achieve favorable outcomes for our clients. We are looking for deal makers who want to hit the ground running. Key Responsibilities - Conduct legal research and analysis on employment and labor law issues - Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for clients - Represent clients in a variety of legal proceedings related to employment law - Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on compliance with labor laws - Assist in the preparation of legal documents and pleadings - Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and development - Maintain accurate records of legal proceedings and client communications - Stay updated on changes in employment and labor law regulations. - Strong negotiation skills and ability to draft contracts - Excellent research and analytical skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Experience representing plaintiffs is a plus. - Wage and hour dispute experience Qualifications - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school - Admission to the CA bar and in good standing - 5Yrs experience in employment law and labor law Benefits - Salary: $170-250k - Rich incentive structure for achieving key performance metrics. - Uncapped compensation potential with annual target of $250,000. - Paid time off and paid holidays. - Opportunities for growth and advancement. - Bonuses for client referrals. - Health insurance. - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
