Position Overview We are looking for a California-licensed attorney with 3 to 8 years of experience in labor and employment law. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in handling employment disputes and litigation, including single plaintiff cases, class actions, and PAGA claims. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic litigation practice and enjoys acting as a trusted advisor to a diverse range of businesses. Key Responsibilities - Handle employment matters including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, termination, and wage and hour issues - Draft and respond to pleadings, discovery requests, and dispositive motions - Prepare mediation briefs, trial briefs, and trial documents - Assist in deposition preparation and strategy - Provide advice and counseling on employment law issues - Represent clients in state and federal courts Qualifications - J.D. from an accredited law school - Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar - Minimum of 3 years of experience in California employment litigation - Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills - Experience with class actions and PAGA claims preferred Benefits - Salary range 135k-190k - Bonus opportunities - 401(k) matching - Health, dental, and vision insurance - Flexible spending & health savings accounts - Life insurance - Tuition reimbursement - Professional development assistance - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
