knowledgeable and dedicated Real Estate Attorney to join our legal
team. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal counsel on real
estate transactions, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and
regulations. This role is crucial in facilitating smooth property
transactions and advising clients on real estate matters. Key
Responsibilities - Provide legal advice and support on real estate
transactions, including purchases, sales, leases, and financing. -
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to real estate
transactions. - Conduct due diligence and title examinations to
ensure clear property ownership and identify any potential legal
issues. - Represent clients in negotiations and disputes related to
real estate matters. - Advise clients on zoning laws, land use, and
property development regulations. - Assist with the closing process
of real estate transactions, ensuring all legal documents are
accurate and properly executed. - Stay updated on relevant laws and
regulations affecting real estate transactions. Qualifications -
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. - Licensed
to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. - Proven experience
in real estate law and transactions. - Strong understanding of real
estate regulations and compliance requirements. - Excellent
negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. -
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving
abilities. - Preferred experience in private equity, mergers and
