The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate transactions and law, and a proven track record in new business development. This role involves providing expert legal counsel to clients, managing complex real estate projects, and driving growth within the firms real estate sector. Key Responsibilities - Provide expert legal advice on real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing. - Manage and oversee real estate projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements. - Develop and maintain strong client relationships to facilitate new business opportunities. - Lead negotiations and draft legal documents related to real estate transactions. - Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments to advise clients effectively. Qualifications - Jurisdictional license to practice law. - 7 years of experience in real estate law and transactions. - Portable book of $500k - Demonstrated success in new business development and client management. - Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
