Job Description Job Description Senior Counsel – California Employment & Labor Law Join a leading national law practice specializing in Employment & Labor matters. This role focuses on California employment litigation, advice, and counseling, handling complex cases that shape workplace law. What You’ll Do: Advise employers and defend complex litigation in court and arbitration. Draft motions, pleadings, discovery responses, and meet-and-confer letters. Handle individual and class action wage & hour matters, including PAGA claims. Prepare and review employment agreements, severance agreements, policies, and employee handbooks. What You’ll Bring: 7–8 years of experience in labor and employment law, with strong California expertise. Proven track record advising employers and defending litigation in court & arbitration. Active California Bar membership or eligibility for admission by waiver. This is a full-time role offering exposure to sophisticated employment matters and collaboration with top attorneys.
