Offered**The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for
providing expertise and support to operational challenges, offers
advice and solutions in support of maintaining compliance and
consumer trust. Collects, tracks and evaluates operation and
quality data to report site metrics and drive continuous
improvement. Supports the implementation of Quality Assurance
programs, including internal audits, non-conformance
investigations, and corrective and preventative action (CAPA)
implementation and monitoring. Maintains a critical mindset
involving data and process interpretation from material receipt
through inspection and post-commercial release. Additional duties
include cross-functional improvement projects and developing
timely, and accurate reports for various levels of the
organization.-- The Quality Assurance Specialist reports to the
Quality Leader, who leads a team of quality direct reports.----
--Key ResponsibilitiesCritical contributions this role is counted
on to deliver include:Providing subject-matter expertise and
functional support to internal & external partnersAnalyze data to
identify areas of improvement in the process, especially related to
reduction of deviations & overall quality improvements.Lead and
collaborate on non-conformance investigations and CAPA
implementation.Make recommendation on proper containment action,
corrective action and material disposition after thorough
investigation and cross-functional collaboration.Communicating
results, metrics improvements, and necessary escalations to Quality
and other department area leaders effectively.--Perform risk-based
internal audits & documents review to ensure compliance to GMPs &
Pharmavite standards.Review, update and create documents and
procedures as needed to support operations and the quality

--------Critical Success FactorsYou ll be most successful in this
role if you have:Ability to provide expertise and support to
operational challenges, offering advice and solutions.Working
knowledge in cGMP & system audit principles.Ability to problem
solve and troubleshoot issues related to quality and/or operation
while meeting deadlines.Ability to communicate effectively, both
verbally and written with multiple levels of the organization and
across multiple functions.Working knowledge of equipment, safety,
quality, and computer systems.Capabilities & Skills RequiredIn
order to take on these challenges, you ll need to have:Strong
investigative skills to identify and implement sustainable
solutions to address systemic issues.Detail-oriented with strong
interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.At least 3
years of experience in quality or related inspection/investigation
activities preferably in a manufacturing environment or an FDA
regulated industry.--4-year college degree in related science field
or equivalent industry experience with course work in biology or
