A company is looking for a Mortgage Call Center
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Assist homeowners with routine or complex issues and requests in a
high-volume call center environment
Utilize an advanced telephony system to handle inbound/outbound
calls and provide exceptional customer service
Document all communications with customers and resolve issues while
maintaining performance metrics
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
2 years of Call Center or Customer Service experience preferred
Basic mortgage product knowledge preferred
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time
effectively
