Job Description:
A company is looking for a Content Claims Coordinator to manage
and facilitate the claims process.
Key Responsibilities
Ownership of claim files from intake through delivery, ensuring
quality and timely resolution
Manage all tasks necessary for successful claim assignments and
collaborate with various business units
Provide customer service through Live Chat & Hotline while
assisting with special projects as needed
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of customer service experience
Property and Casualty claim knowledge is helpful
College degree or equivalent experience required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Must be available to work flexible hours, including late shifts and
overtime
