Job Description:
A company is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Expert, North
America.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert for chemical management regulatory
activities across U.S. States and Canadian regulations
Manage complex compliance obligations and lead cross-functional
teams to ensure regulatory adherence
Monitor regulatory changes and conduct impact assessments, while
providing training to stakeholders on compliance matters
Required Qualifications and Education
5+ years of compliance work experience with U.S. State and/or
Canada CEPA regulations
Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related field
Proven track record of successful regulatory submissions
Experience with SAP and project management tools
Ability to support a complex product portfolio for an international
company
