Job Description:
A company is looking for an Olo Consultant to implement and
optimize Olo's delivery management platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for Olo-related inquiries and
best practices
Manage the end-to-end implementation process of Olo for new
clients
Provide ongoing post-implementation support to ensure effective
utilization of the Olo platform
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Olo implementation or consultancy within the
restaurant or hospitality industry
Strong understanding of Olo's platform and its integration with POS
systems and other restaurant technologies
Experience with customer success, client training, and
post-implementation support
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Business, or a related field is a plus
Project management experience and/or certification is preferred
