Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with sales teams and clients to understand requirements
and scope opportunities
Provide AWS technical support and translate customer needs into
tailored AWS solutions
Draft statements of work and curate a repository of solution
collaterals
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of AWS technical support experience in a SaaS-based
environment
Comprehensive understanding of AWS services, pricing, networking,
and security
Proficiency in Terraform and AWS CloudFormation for automating
cloud infrastructure
Expertise in AWS cloud networking concepts and hybrid solutions
Certifications on AWS are preferred
