A company is looking for a Sales Manager - SMB Outbound Sales
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support a team of 10-15 Account Executives in outbound
cold calling
Drive daily outbound activity and ensure team meets or exceeds
KPIs
Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to improve
conversion rates
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience managing inside sales teams in a high-volume
environment
Experience selling digital products to SMBs and using Salesforce
CRM
Proven success in a cold calling environment with a focus on quota
achievement
Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of customer-facing experience with a
HS Diploma or GED
Strong coaching and mentoring skills with a data-driven mindset
