Job Description:
Compensation: $150,000 – $300,000 annually (commission-based)
Job Description Are you looking for a proven sales opportunity with

Compensation and Benefits Uncapped commission structure with weekly

support resources Responsibilities Attend in-home sales
appointments with prospective customers Conduct product
presentations and explain roofing solutions Evaluate customer needs
and recommend appropriate products Use company tools to assist with
measurements and estimates Manage sales pipeline and close deals
Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule
Availability to meet with customers during midday, evening, or
weekends Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability
to travel locally to customer appointments No prior sales or
construction experience required. Optional training and support
resources are available. Growth Opportunities High-performing
independent sales representatives may have opportunities to expand
into leadership roles and take on additional responsibilities.
